HOW TO ORDER A CUSTOMIZED BOUQUET?
All our bouquets are customized to the season and to your requests. Take a look at our "Customized Bouquet" page and select a design and budget that matches best with what you want. On top of the default design, let us know how to personalize your bouquet to your preference. If you don't indicate your preference, we will assume you let us take the wheel. That's it! Let our top-notch florist design a unique bouquet that is suitable to your taste.
*In order to create the bouquet to your liking, orders must be placed 3 days in advance. If you require urgent flower supply, please contact us BEFORE submitting an order as we may not be able to accommodate. Sorry for any inconvenience!
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HASSLE-FREE AND REGULAR CUSTOMIZED BOUQUETS?
Our signature Hassle-Free bouquets are the most useful when you don't know where to start. When ordering a hassle-free bouquet, you let our florist take the wheel. All you have to do is find a product that suits your budget, select a colour scheme you want and that's it!
*Your bouquet may look completely different from the picture, as the picture is only used as a reference. You can let us know what specific flower types you want in the bouquet as well!
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Because we start planning and specially order for your personalized order, no cancellations will be accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days before the requested delivery/pick-up date. Please send us an email with your personal information and invoice number.
The refunded payment will usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement after processing. Sorry for any inconvenience!
WANT TO CHANGE AN ORDER?
Have a better idea for your bouquet? No worries! Shoot us an email with your name, order number and what you would like to change. We are here to help you perfect your experience!
Please keep in mind that we plan your flower ahead of time. We cannot guarantee that the requested changes will take place. Please let us know as soon as possible!
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?
I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your flowers! We are unable to accept refunds and exchanges at the moment. Please let us know your feedback and shoot us an email.

CAN I COME TO YOUR RETAIL STORE? WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Rest assured, there are real people preparing your bouquets, but we do not have plans to open retail locations in order to offer the freshest yet most affordable products. Simply, we're currently an online business located in Richmond, BC.

PRIVACY POLICY
You are required to provide your email address, postal address, phone number and other personal information upon ordering. This is in order to allow us to contact you to both confirm your order and provide communications regarding your order; for example, should there be an issue with fulfilment for any reason. Unless you have signed up to our newsletter, you will not receive unsolicited communications from us and your details will not be passed on to any third parties.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
